A Survey which was done under the above title in collaboration of National Authority on Tobacco and Alcohol (NATA) with Plantation Human Development Trust (PHDT) had taken into the discussion with its baseline reportOn 04th of May 2017 at Seminar room Sethsiiripaya.
First Dr.Palitha did a brief introduction about the esatate sector survey . Then Dr.Sumith Ananda did a small explanation regarding contribution from plantation trust to this survey.Then Dr.Chithramalee talked 5 min about the problems in estate. Next Dr.Dayanth did a presentation as a summary of the findings from the estate survey.
There were several suggestions given by the participants. Then a decision was made to do the action plan first and then to do a impact survey. After distributing the survey reports program was concluded by 11.15 a.m.
